Our Management Team

Cornell Kay, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Kay is a production engineer, manager and entrepreneur by trade. He has been involved in several start-up companies and a variety of technology projects, including the Flying Car Project, the Rota Power Freedom (Rotary) Engine Development Project and the development of the Intel Pentium 3 and Pentium 4 microprocessors. He worked for various technology companies, including Moller International, DB Design Corporation, Boeing Aircraft Corporation, and Hoerbiger International. Mr. Kay was granted political asylum by the United States from his native country of Romania and founded the Eastern European Refugee Center. He holds degrees in Technical and Industrial Trade.

Jody Jones, Chief Technology and Development Officer
Ms. Jones is an expert in fintech and blockchain technology and previously created a currency in Miami, FL for Chambers. Her recent accomplishments include the development of the 1st patented web3 social media platform and music site; The potential here is international connectivity that streamlines referrals.  Our Integrity Chamber's introducing the Integrity token achitected by Jones to facilitate trade. Because she has more than 20 years of corporate financial analysis experience in various industries, Jones is uniquely qualified to create a profitable currency. Also, she holds a degree in Business and Accounting as well as various professional licences. 

Brian Ames, Chief Financial Officer 
Mr. Ames is an international financial economist with 25+ years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He was a senior official at the International Monetary Fund and has worked for international organizations such as the World Bank, the Overseas Development Institute, and the African Development Bank and private companies such as ASA Technology, Inc. and the Capital Group (investment management). He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, and bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Claremont Men’s (McKenna) College.

Doug Hocott, Chief Information Officer 
Mr. Hocott is an innovative program and project management professional with the proven ability to successfully deliver superior results in a dynamic matrix environment. He has demonstrated success in translating complex and divergent enterprise needs into high-impact business solutions. Additionally, he is a skilled liaison with a talent for fostering cross-functional collaboration between technical and non-technical personnel. Adept at mentoring teams and maximizing available resources while driving complex technology projects, Hocott is highly proficient in effective communication at all levels of an organization and holds a Masters in Business and Public Administration. 

Brianna Pacheco-Jones, Manager & Ambassador 
Ms. Pacheco-Jones' commitment to integrity compelled her to become a part of the Chamber team and she provides perspective regarding gen-z. This generation is our target for developing the future; integrating the best practices from the past with the technology of the present and future. Ms. Pacheco-Jones has expertise in not only social media but in maintaining true connections that result in increased sales.
